In this article the Russian and foreign experience of a fight against corruption is considered. The fight against corruption is analyzed as the political problem having historical roots, leaving in the deep past. References and legal certificates of the foreign states are investigated, experience of a fight against corruption in such countries as the USA, Germany, Japan, Chile, Taiwan is consistently shined.
